- Ergonomically engineered for safety, comfort and ease of use - with just one hand.
- 3D articulated arm absorbs all torque reaction keeping the operator isolated from repetitive force.
- Maintains the tool in horizontal position for consistent expansions, while eliminating any side loading.
- Increases expander life up to three times compared to conventional tube rolling.
- Extends tool life by using the lubricated air from rolling motor's exhaust for cooling the rolls & mandrels, significantly reducing tooling cost.
- Fully mechanical system, no electric power required.
- Arm can be raised on column, by hand, in tow steps, by screw and by "Z" arm conversion.
- The modified K50 and L70 rolling motors are used with the ATRS-5000 - specialized expander holder is required (a standard K50 can also be used).
- The ATRS-5000 has a 360 degree working radius.
- Can be converted to vertical application such as evaporators or small coolers.
- Fully ambidextrous for left and right hand operators. Virtually any tube tooling can be used including: tube end facing, tube cutting, drilling, grooving, as well as the support of orbital welding machines.
